I am qualified in Sports Massage, I use a combination of the following techniques in my massage treatments: deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and advanced stretching techniques. I continually update my training and have specific training for: neck and shoulder pain and tension and low back pain. I have ten years experience as a Health Care Professional. I have a holistic approach and teach self-treatment techniques to clients when appropriate.
I work with people of all ages and walks of life. My clients include athletes, desk based office workers, people who have physically demanding jobs such as builders and nurses. I also work with people who have long-term conditions such as arthritis, hyper-mobility and cerebral palsy. I work with people who have long-lasting pain after an injury or illness has healed. All of which, massage can bring great relief and benefit.
Some of my clients come for regular maintenance to stay pain-free and mobile and others come for a series of treatments to work with something specific.
How Massage Helps
